Sealed bids will be received on Tuesday April 1, 2025, 11:00 a.m., by the Board of Education, Harvey District 152, County of Cook, for Student Transportation Services.
Bid proposals will be received and publicly opened at that time.
Bids shall be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Ms. Dana Nichols, Harvey School District 152, 16001 Lincoln, Harvey, IL. 60426.
Bid documents will be available on the district website (www.harvey152.org) and available for distribution at the optional pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., held in the Harvey School District, Harvey, IL 60426.
Bid security in the form of a $100,000 Bid Bond will be required for this contract.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any or all Bids or parts thereof, or any irregularities or informalities. Bids will be awarded based on all submissions of the lowest most responsible bidder.
All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois laws requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works.
