Food Service
Harvey Public Schools District 152 participates in the National School Breakfast and Lunch Programs. We are dedicated to feeding students nutritious, balanced meals based on the USDA Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. We offer low-fat and fat-free milk, whole grain-rich products, and a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables daily.
The school district participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) which is an alternative to collecting, approving, and verifying household eligibility applications for free and reduced-price eligible students in high-poverty local educational agencies (LEAs) for schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs. All students enrolled in CEP schools receive breakfast and lunch at no cost.
Beginning January 2024, we have launched a new interactive platform for school lunch menus powered by Health E Pro! The platform provides access to monthly menus and nutritional information needed to manage students’ dietary and allergens needs.
Families and staff can view this short training video for assistance with navigating the interactive menu.
