Harvey School District 152 recently announced the appointment of Interim Business Manager Dr. Eric Trimberger and Federal & State Program Manager Ms. Chavelia Woods.
Dr. Trimberger comes to District 152 with more than 20 years of experience in business and finance operations in school districts throughout Illinois. Most recently, Dr. Trimberger was the business manager in Carbondale Elementary School District 95 in southern Illinois. Dr. Trimberger’s roles and responsibilities at Harvey School District 152 will include managing the district budget and overseeing payroll, accounts payable and maintenance.
“I’m thrilled to be working in the Harvey schools to manage district finances and to make sure we are taking good care of the resources we receive from our community,” Dr. Trimberger said.
Ms. Woods has several years of experience in organizing and budgeting educational programs. Her responsibilities at District 152 will include monitoring grant-funded activities, receiving and disbursing materials, bookkeeping and financial accounting, as well as internal auditing.
“It is an honor to be working with the team at District 152 and monitoring our state and federal programs, which benefit our students and community.” Ms. Woods said.
